The location here is fantastic! You're just a stone's throw away from a large shopping center, which makes it super easy to grab what you need. There's also a bakery close by, perfect for some tasty treats. Plus, I was pretty close to the Entrance Heritage Walk, which was nice. 🥐.

We stayed at this park for 2 nights in a cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. It was also well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The most important thing was that we received a very warm welcome as we booked in to the park.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the park and would stay there and recommend it to any friends. At the time we stayed there were no maps of the local area but maps of the city area and maybe maps of the surrounding area would be helpful.

we had a wonderful stay at big4 Toowoomba Garden City Holiday Park. the cabin we booked exceeded our expectations; it was cozy yet surprisingly spacious inside. everything was spotless upon our arrival, and the comfy beds ensured we had restful nights. we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made meal prep easy, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants and take-away options. the friendly staff at the front desk added to our delightful experience.

The grounds staff were quite rude to the children of other family members the morning we were there. He had obviously told different children not to play on some equipment, but our children were unaware of the rules. He was very short with the kids, and to be honest I think he thought they were unsupervised. He was a bit shamefaced when confronted by my sister after he spoke so rudely to them. Just because they are kids does not mean they deserve to be spoken to nastily. Guests should come first.....ALWAYS!! If the kids don't like the place, the family wont come back, no matter how nice you are to the parents.

It was our first visit to this city for shopping and medical attention so we wanted self contained accommadion that was close to places of interest to us. The BIG4 at Toowoomba did not dissapoint and we will stay there again on our next visit.

This place was tidy and beautifully maintained, with comfy beds and handy amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge, plus the service was excellent!

The hotel's location was central, to a shopping centre which had several fast food stores. The staff were nice, the room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained with large tables, fridge plus comfy beds.

Bathroom door needs repair. No provided shampoo or conditioner.
